Are pipe fittings' substances harmful for human's health?
All pipe fittings are being cleaned throughly. Initially we use nitro solvent. After that we wash them with a wet textile and after getting dried they are being painted.
Are the colors toxic?
Most of the colors we use are not toxic. So before making your order contact us so as to check the colors’ substances of the product you want to buy.
Can i use the lightings with 110V voltage current?
Yes! Spot Desk lamps: For all our spot lightings we’ve chosen a power supply adapter 110V/220V –> 2A and we provide you with a 12v Philips Led lamp (the best of such led lamps in the market) so as to be able to use our lightings all over the world. All other lightings: are made to work with both current voltages 110V and 220V. We DO NOT provide a led lamp along with the all these lighting.
* For USA residents: You will need a socket adapter.
Can i use a different kind of lamp on the lightings?
No, ONLY LED LAMPS can be used in our lightings. All other kind of lamps like halogen lamp increase the lighting’s temperature, as it’s made of metal pipes, with a possibility to get harmed. It is also possible to affect the coloring after a certain amount of years. Led lamps are environmetal friendly as they radicaly reduce the energy consumption.
Is the 3,5W lamp light strong enough?
Yes! We use Led Philips lamps 3,5W. Their light corresponds to a 20W lamp. Their lifetime is 40.000 hours of work according Philips’ specifications.
Are the lightings made to be used outside?
No! Our lightings are made to be used inside the house.
My lighting doesn't work. Why?
- Check the blue led lamp on the power supply adapter. If it’s not turned on then the power supply adapter has failed. You need to get a new on. You can find a new one at shops with electronic equipments (not electric shops). Keep the old one so as to be sure you the correct adapter
- If the blue led lamp on the power supply adapter is on, then the lamp has failed. You can buy a new one at shops with electric equipments. However this won’t happen soon as according Philips specifications these lamps last for 40.000 hours.
Is there a possibility of rusting?
No. We use meta pipe fittings of high quality. We paint the surface with 2 layers of minium, 3 layers of color, 2 layers of vernish coat and thus we prevent the appearance of rust.
Our products are made to be used inside. However if you plan to keep our products permanently outside, like in your garden’s coffee table, it is possible to see a touch of rust after 4-5 years.
