According to Consumer Protection Act vendor has the right to refuse taking back clients purchase if it is not returned in the original packaging, packaging has been severely damaged or there has been noticeable minor usage traces.

Returns

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 30 calendar days from the date you receive it. The products have to be returned in their original condition and packaging. In this case you have to bear the direct cost of returning the products.

We accept returns in defective products and we will be covering delivery expenses only if the purchase has had industrial defect.  If you receive a defective product you should initially contact us through email. Afterwards you must send the defective product to our Headquarters (check the address at the end of Terms & Conditions) in the original packaging. Once we also confirm that the product is defective, we will replace it free of charge at a time commensurate with product availability. While returning an order you may ask for exchanging it for any item of equal value.

Items on sale can not be returned or exchanged. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancelation

We accept cancellations if the package has not been shipped within the estimated date. However we’d like you to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We are not responsible for items that arrive damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after checking the condition of the item your returned.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the bank card you used for your purchase, within 3 days.

If you haven’t received a refund after a certain amount of days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail it to our Headquarters (check the address at the end of Terms & Conditions) in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
