Order Processing
Orders are processed the next business day after receiving the order. In the event that you have declared payment by bank transfer, the processing of your order will begin when the transfer is cleared with the bank.
Few of our products are made upon request. These products are marked with a badge on the product photo and on the description text so as for the customers to be notified that it’s not in stock and we need a certain amount of days to prepare this product

We trust and use ELTA Courier for postage within Greece (which delivers at your door – at the address you have filled in ) and the Hellenic Postal Offices for safe and quick transportation around the world.

– Europe 4-7 working days,
– USA and Worldwide 1-4 weeks (during holiday seasons this time is increased)

Custom & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. madforcraft.com is not responsible for delays due to customs.
In cases when purchase has not been delivered to customer because of loss made by postal service workers (or a courier), we reimburse amount of payment for item and shipping to client only after receiving proof of loss or compensation from postal service.
www.madforcraft.com is not responsible for delays caused by chosen deliverer. If you have not received order within 14 days from the date of receiving tracking number from us, please mail us to check your order shipping with the postal agency.
No-Receipt of Order
In case you order a product and the order is not received due to the absence of the recipient, we will refund the value of the item cost but you will be charged the shipping costs of the order and you will have to register a new order to receive your products.
